Production

Mosaic murals production factory is a basis of our business. This is not a studio, but the real factory, which consists of 5 workshops. Four workshops are specialized in assembly of mixes, gradations and murals of mosaic 1x1cm and 2x2cm by matrix technique.

A big staff and differentiation of labor allows us to produce up to 3000sqm of individual goods a month, i.e. execute scale orders on a tight schedule. And every item, for example mural made of mosaic 1x1cm consists of about 8500 mosaic pieces on each square meter, all of them are assembled by hand.

Production of individual mosaic murals is a very labor-intensive and complex process: even a small mistake in assembly or packaging process may cause a wrong picture at your client’s. That’s why all the processes on our factory which are: the preparation of schemes for production, assembly, marking, packaging, are differentiated and before coming to you a mosaic mural passes several following stages of control, which are:

• Before marking is made every mural sheet is checked on correspondence with the scheme.
• Every item is laid out in the workshop and a composition of set, correspondence with the picture and correctness of marking are checked.
• Every item made in our production line is photographed before packaging and sent to office for control.

Thanks to such a control in the last five years we have produced about 100000sqm of individual mosaic goods and we had only two cases when a client received incorrectly produced mural. Of course, in both cases we replaced incorrectly produced elements at our expense.

The fifth production workshop deals with production of cut mosaic murals. 16 people work in this workshop; production capacity per month is about 30sqm of difficult artistic goods.
